Remember to factory reset before and after.... just download what image you want of the web and load it via that software (loader) ... there a different loaders available... if you have issues with that loader... simple google loader for tm500!

got the image loaded no worries, just need to put on tonnedeffes blue panel and im done, thanks again your a star, i will make a treid on setting a tm 500 up at the weekend to help others

would that mean his blue panel wont work also??
iv been trying to load it on the tm all day with no luck, iv try'd all 3 leatest images but still keeps saying fail chuqe your firmwear?? i made sure to do a factory reset after loading image,wot would i be doing wrong?

tbh mate I dont 100% know as Ive never had a TM500
but I do remember tonedeff updating stuff I think it was to do with epg

have it connected to the box no worries but only problem i have is that i cant seam to find my files at the right hand side ( ie i keep my files in my documents but can find my documents? there is other files there just not the ones im looking for??

Left hand side is for your satellite receivers files... right hand side is for your computer.. perhaps you will have to go through the directory until you find your documents

You might have to go through your main hard drive location eg. C: drive then go from there and work your way through the folders until you get to your documents

sort'd had outer programe running, that why could't see the files 9 mybad ) got tendeffes channel list loaded and his week epg but no change with stb? made sure to reboot after every file loaded but no fav's or epg? cant understand i did't scan sat 28.2e until i had the files loaded, also loaded tonedeffes "my serverinfo" but when i try to load it though the blue panel it say's: XML parse error ?? made sure to go though ( my-server ) dont know wot im doing wrong?? when i loaded the files it said sucseful and can see the files there thought DCC and filezilla, wot im i doing wrong?

Either one or three things m8, Tonedeffs Blue panel might be offline, he might have packed it in and can't be bothered with it, two could be the image that you're using, changing image might solve the problem or you've ftp'ed the file into the wrong folder.
