Have set up, everything seems okay but!!!!!!!

Tuner A is set to Advanced with diseqc switch
so as to have: Astra 28e on LNB1 from fixed dish feed 1
19.0e / 16.0e / 13.0e on LNB2 (Sons motorised dish)

Tuner B simple feed 2 from Twin LNB fixed dish

everything is fine can get 19 / 16 / 13e Sats from motorised dish Tuner A

But when I go to 28.0e it shows Tuner B

Not sure if Tuner A will pick up 28.0e

So I can record one channel and watch another??

go to menu / setup / system / customise, ensure the setup type is set to expert, go down to the third page, and theres something there about prefered tuner, and itll be set to auto, change this to A and press OK

the receiver will then only revert to tuner B if you are recording from 28.2 on tuner A

No, you just go to Slingbox setup and reload your Slingbox,
When asking for Manufacturer select other at the very bottom
then it will give you the option of uploading custom .bin files
when the remote comes up bouquets / sats can be accessed on white button

Has a bin file been published then (I can't find it) as I don't think I can make one as it seems you need a universal remote (which I don't have)

I have all the codes in my marantz (think pronto) but I couldn't get them to work with the bin creation s/w

No wonder I couldn't find it..Even a search there resulted in nothing until I found the Downloads Dropdown Menu steered to a specific section for sling remote bins..

Anyways, mines a pro so the RV bin should sort it..Time to play
