Hi Guys, hoping somebody can help me, got a couple of weird issues with i pad 2 wifi only and i phone 3gs, everything was fine until yesterday, both devices are jailbroken on 5.0.1.......ok so i cannot download apps via the wifi just hangs on the waiting, although if i use cellular data all is fine?.....i checked router reset etc, reset network settings but to no avail, the next problem i have is that the i pad using sky go and slingplayer both have sound and no picture??.....however again if i use my phone as a hotspot and connect the i pad so it uses cellular data then they work perfectly

any ideas......very frustrating

hi mate now the new jb is out for fw 5.1.1 why dont you back up your apps and restore and re jailbreak , have you reset your modem and router to see if that makes a difference,i have a vergin super hub and every 3 months for no reason , it resets the wifi to default settings

Hi biffo, mrs has an I pad 2 on 5.1.1 which I jailbreeaked yesterday and and it has exactly the same issue unable to download via the wifi, really wired I have un plugged router and modem, reset to factory settings but no joy, wired how all other net options work mail, Installious, Facebook.......I'm stumped read quite a few people who have same issue with apps stuck on waiting

We have two I pads and two phones all doing the same thing hanging on waiting on all apps, all over them worked a couple of days ago, can't say for sure when this started, could it be a vermin problem?

id check the default password on your wireless router that might have changed mate , do you know how to enter your router settings and change them as the password might have gone to default

Yeah I can log into router, I had port forwarding set up for sling box, nothing has changed that I can pin point

ok so updating to 5.1.1 and this has solved the issues with Slingplayer and Sky go, but still have the issue with apps hanging on waiting when on wifi but ok on cellular data

How weird got up this morning and can now connect to apple store via wifi and I hadn't changed a thing, can only assume it was either apple or vermin that had an issue......so all sorted
