Hi, I have a dm 800hd that will only boot a quarter of the way. It's stuck, i've reflashed the image files via pc but i'm stuck and out of ideas.. Is there anyway i can remotely factory reset? Can anybody help please?

U could check that the sim is seated correctly inside

If you have a usb pluged in the back take it out or try a new image. Also use the right image.

mine some times does this and it takes a few hard reboots to get going again
