Cheers m8. I have seen that video and I dont doubt that it does what it says. What I would like to know is how good it does it.
I have a Pioneer KDP-5090 and to this day there is not a TV to match it so I dont wanna replace it. 3D would be nice though so I am hoping this works well but dont wanna part with £400+ b4 getting some reviews

The Pioneer KDP-5090 is a genuine classic. I wouldn't swap it for for some £400 3D set.

If I were to sell my TV I would still get £900-£1000. There is a very good reason for that and it is that no-one has bettered the picture of the Pioneers yet. Not even with 3 years longer to to do it after Pioneer pulled out of making them. The blacks are different class and can not be matched and the SD picture is as good as you will see anywhere.

I have a pioneer, it's still excellent!
It cost a fortune new about 5 years back now.
I can see why you would want to try this out, but someone will have to be an expensive guinea pig lol
Regards
Mick
