Had my sammy series 5 40" lcd for about 3 years now and about 6 months ago it had to be mended cuz some capacitors blew on it so luckily as it was insured they came and picked it up had it mended and was dropped off after about 5 dayz,recently ive noticed a few black ghost line/smudges goin from the top of the tv to about 3/4 down most noticeable when the picture is dark...... ive read that this is done by the tv being laid down as it would of been when they took the back off to mend it...... is there any way to get rid of the smudge or is it there for good

as its a bad repair - you can use the original claim to get this issue sorted out too.

Teles been getting worse so got the wife to phone yesterday and the bloke tried to fob her off with have u checked the aerial connection" even though the Tivo box is connected and its still there with the ps3 on so phoned tonight and explained and its being picked up tomorrow Got to watch tv on a 19" lcd till next tuesday now lol should be fun

Nowt to do with it being led down six months ago........

UPDATE... Tv cant be fixed so been given £520 towards new one
