    cant get vh1 classic on 19.2E

    ok guys im after getting vh1 classic on 19.2e
    im putting these setting into pli jade image

    11739v
    sr 27500
    fec 3/4
    28657 sid
    3071 vpid
    3072 E Apid

    what am i doing wrong when i put these in the dish moves and nothing there for vh1 classic
    has the freq been moved

    yeah checked lyngsat thats where i get the freq,but when i enter these into the pids section on pli
    nothing happens just a blank screen,ive tried a manual scan and a blind scan aswell
