I just bought a Harmony 1100 to control my living room stuff.

However, I heard that it can control the sonos, but when trying to find out any information regarding linking the sonos with the harmony, all I can find is that its not possible.

on another note, has anyone used the harmony 1100 ?

What's your thoughts?

I have setup RTI before in the past which is amazing but that is a little out of my price range, I found a brand new harmony 1100 for £180 brand new from one of my suppliers (it was a one off deal he owes me!)

the harmony cant do sonos at the moment although sonos seem to think there is a third party add-on that enables it I cant find it anywhere and they dont know what it is called. Some guy is having a look at getting the harmony going here. I think the philips pronto models can do sonos but the experience in unreliable with these at present

If I've read it right, a thread on AVSF says the Sonos can only use control systems that can connect to your network, e.g. mobile, ipod touch, tablet...

To be honest a Sonos setup is a "future purchase"... but I do like the look of the Sony Tablet S

The sony looks amazing.

I have the iphone app for sonos and the CR200, they are actually almost identical... I think Sonos has done an amazing (and non selfish) job on the iphone app, and the android app is also just as good... I used to have it on my htc desire before I got the Iphone 4S.

I have had sonos for quite some time now and its great, I could not recommend it high enough and it is the simplest of setups too.
