Does "sim2 ssl84b" indicate that this image is pre-patched with bootloader 84b or would I need to flash with bootloader 84b after flashing with this image?

I could not get this image to flash, gives me a frozen box. I updated the bootloader from ssl 84a to ssl 84b and did a reboot before I tried to flash with this image. I then flashed this image and ended up with a frozen box which does not complete the boot cycle. If this image is pre-patched with ssl 84b then it should boot OK straight after a flash?
