your package entitlements have expired m8, put it into a sky digibox, if it says 'wrong card for this box' , you need to ring them to turn it back on

Cheers for that, the cards always updated before when it's been in the dm500 but will give it a go.

Remember to ensure that this doesn't happen again as sly keep notes and ring up a few times and they'll get suspicious.
