Hands free calling via bluetooth sat nav

Could anybody tell me how good the quality off hands free call are through a bluetooth enabled sat nav , esp how loud it is,is the volume good enough for in a noisy van,also is it possible to get calls through the speakers. Query is regarding This unit,has anybody used this one ?

Any recommendations for suitable units would be welcome as long as about same price range as the one in the link

got one of those today lol and i had just setup the bluetooth and the fooker rang.. its loud and me m8 said he could hear me clearly even when i was 4ft away from satnav.. but i was in house tv on in the background. not had a chance to test all the functions yet but so far thumbs up to the bluetooth..
