I was going to change my name Farquhar Numptytickle Bastian Diddyfartbot III, but have too many debters chasing me to do it legally

You don't need a deed poll to legally change your name, Change of name
As I'm considered a responsible person (I've been a online minister since 1998 so according to the CAB i'm responsible! ) here's my letter for VectorZ.

To Whom it may concern,

I have personally known VectorZ for several years (well I've at least frequented the same internet forum), he wants to be known forever known as Farquhar Numptytickle Bastian Diddyfartbot III.
According to the CAB, this is all above board and legit, so you have to call him by his new name.
