hiya, might be me panicing lol but its been about 5 10 minutes now, i was having problems with the igotya app on my ipohone 4, so i decided to run the latest redsnow tool, i used the first redsnow that came out a few days ago to do my iphone 4 on ios5.0.1, but theres been 2 redsnow updates since then, so like i said i tried using the latest redsnow beta to see if it cured my igotya app problem, anyway it dint seem to do anything so ive just decided to uninstall the igotya app threw cydia and then it said restart spring board, so i pressed on the restart spring board button and its been on the circle bit when the iphone shuts down for around 10 minutes i would say now, i catn seem to do anything with the iphone either, ive just tried holding the power button down and thats not done anything, im not sure what i need to do, i just said in another thread aswell il leave re running the new redsnow untiol tomorrow aswell lol, i knew i should of left it lol,
not sure if this matters but i dint restore my iphone or anything like that before running the latest redsnow, i just re run it over my existing redsnow jailbroken iuphone, but this time i unticked the install cydia app like it says to on the redsnow website, anyone any ideas please ? thanks

hiya, just a update , sorry i paniced abit lol, all i had to do was what you do at the start of redsnow, dfu mode is it, hold power button, keep down while pressing home button then releasse home button, that has cured it lol, thanks

well im not sure whats happened now, i was messing about with my iphone then al of a sudden i got a pop up saying important message, and a ok button, so pressed ok and then screen went dark on my iphone and all my apps disappeared, so tried rebooting and the white bar came up you know when you are rsotring or updating your iphone you get a white bar come accross the screen to show its loading, then when it loaded it said set up iphone, had to go threw the whole set up again and then nothing was saved again, no apps nothing, so really got no idea whats happened, so im going to restore it again and jb it again all from scratch, when i restore my iphone it always asks me to sync from backup of my iphone or set up as new iphone, can i set up as a new iphone so theres nothing on my iphone, then jb it and then connect to itunes again and backup from the earlier save i did of my iphoen ? thanks

if there nothing on ya iphone mate then it wont matter if you set up as a new device,

hiya, well im really not sure what caused my iphone to do that, but i hooked it up tp itunes an d did a restore, after the restore i set it up as a new device, disconnected from itunes, used latest redsnow to jailbreak it, then hooked it back up to itunes and could right click on where it says your iphone name and select restore from backup, so it put everything back onto my iphone i had backup up ealier in itunes thank god, so touch wood all be working fine since, thanks
