Evening, i'm trying to extact a key from a phat liteon that 74850c and has the latest dash 13604, i am powering off the drive and when i'm turning it back on with the probe attached to mpx01 (MPX01) i get status 0x52 and then lifting the probe, JF then shoots up with "turn power off" and wait 5 seconds and then dummy.bin should pop up, all i'm getting here is "failed" ?

Any ideas please?

EDIT: just been reading and

I used the switch on the probe 3's cable instead of powering off the CK3 and it worked

i don't have a switch on it apart from on the board of the ck3 pro any way, am i thinking i need to cut the power to the probe? i have a CK3 Probe....probs one of the 1st ones out....

you need to cut the power on the 3.3v line and not the drive itself , as you need to keep power to the drive , if that makes sense lol

Thanks just this moment in time edited me post....so i need to kill the power to the probe not the board which makes sense now i think about it.......doh so what do i need to muster up? some kind of inline switch, is that from the drive to the CK3 Pro ? i have a little switch some where....some where i may add...or suppose i could just cut the wire and be done with it...so leave the ck3 pro on and just kill the 3v to the drive?

Put the switch on the 3.3v line Dibbers.
