I unlocked it , deleted the old folder and uploaded it with 360 Content Manager v2.0.

When I pick a video through the green X button menu in FSD it goes to NXE , I select video (divx for example) off usb stick , it goes to play but there's no sound and a black screen You can see its reading it by the Usb stick flashing. Press red button it goes back to NXE video list.

I googled this to death most results say Yaris swap the update files (done that same result).

Is there a way to play HD .mp4 files or wmvhd etc. in Freestyle Dash does anybody know ? Or did I do something wrong ..

If anyones interested I've just streamed a 720p .mkv straight to my Rgh' Jtag 360 , using Media Centre on Windows 7 Pc No converting perfect pic. I'm off for a 1080P now

mintos! so.....you have windows media center on your pc that's streamed a movie via fsd menu? or did you load up WMC on the 360 and that's the files needed? and no transcoding to be done? get's better!

I do like having a play like, so this might be next on the list of things to do. (it was goood going the other way round and getting the dreambox on your xbox 360! see other thread some where that i made!)

From Any (I should Imagine) dashboard, Xbox Guide -> Media -> Windows Media Centre. I can do it from FSD,

Need to set up PC side as well .. Windows 7 + Media Extender .. not as tricky as it sounds, the share comes up as Computer share as well once it's configured (stream mp3s while you play game. Xbox Guide ->Media -> Select Music). These files are just the right codecs. No Divx showing yet not that I care lol

Who hasn't downloaded both parts Pmsl.

I got Divx working, I'd shared that as a MOVIE . Need to share all films as VIDEO .

I really shouldn't even be looking at this thread, have a Revo and a PS3 and a Phat 360 all under the Plasma! lol..like i need FSD to play me a divx but it's defo good to know you can do it man.

It should work on retail boxes, and maybe banned ones ? I don't know if they remove Windows Media Centre if you get banned. They delete the media update but remember I haven't got that on mine
