I had similar problems , I ran Tiny Umbrella clicked Advanced Tab then Unticked Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit
Reboot Pc then ran Itunes and updated ok

Your host file looks ok, could just be another busy error.

sorted guys
managed to get into dfu and recovered it.
ive got to say ive never had any issue
with any other jb ,but this red snow one is a pile of pish.
