Android Market Updated To Version 3.1.3, Adds +1 Functionality For Apps And More [Download Link]

Google has updated the Market app for Android today which brings some pretty major all-new features like the ability to +1 apps, use custom PIN code for purchasing apps, tapable app permissions and a settings menu for more options.
