1-Hi i want make a back up of my tm800 image is this possible?
2-if i make a back up how about my c line config they all go to my back up??
3-can i watch on i pad? which app i need ?

It will show an ip number
on your computer http://ipnumber
you will get the option there to backup your image and download it to your computer.
yes c-line will be backed up
don't think ipad is possible.

i have a tm500s which i use vlc media to watch on pc
vlc have an app in the app store called vlc streamer which i have installed onto iphone 3gs
i can now record and stream onto my iphone using vlc streamer
would it not be possible to do this with the ipad and tm800hd ?

Streaming is not yet available on TM800HD.

your backup image will comtain your C line details, to ensure you DO NOT give this backup file to anybody else, as youll also be giving them your server login details

Hi guys , i would also love to make a backup , but when i did as instructed i got the webcontrol up but nothing stating making a backup , just things like television, radio, movies.boxcontrol and extras.
I assumed it would be in boxcontrol but only options in there are power control , send a message , webrcu and screenshot.
I'm using the new iq image .
If i am missing something rather obvious being a newbie , then my apologies in advance .
Also i would like to say thanks to all at Digitalworldz , you guys are geniuses and have gave me the confidence to learn and mess around with my Tm800hd .

the box dosent fully boot you stop it booting when you press OK at Checking Keys on front of box
IP shows in front display
goto lappy or PC and put this IP into your browser, hit enter

Thanks Rat for reply, i stopped it fully booting by pressing ok on box when box states checking keys.
I get the IQ webcontrol page up on my internet browser but can't see anything regards making a backup .

what date image yo got on mate ? as on some images it wasnt activcated

you might be better off using the DW sky backup image all you have to do in tranfer your came
