UR team no longer following tm-800 images
New iQ team will be non stop working for the remaining issues

wow, what happened there, did sombody finally wake up. Just tried the new image this second. Looks good to me. Recording HD is great, skin is sleek, zapping much quicker. Thanks again for all the great work Digi.

None of this is my work m8, the iQ team has inherited the UR code, along with all its faults, but, they are working HARD to sort it all out

PS, install my panel, and run the cleaner from the temp fix section to free up another 3Mb of flash memory

But it is your input into all of the issues that must influence the powers to be, plus all your addons make life much easier for the likes of me. Will install panel now thanks.

The real question is....how reliable is the inforamation...IQ probably just still UR TEAM under a different name to make it look theres some change...i.e: like DS TEAM...
How is any of this going to help soft out underlying hardware/chipset driver issues that surely should be upto NXP to resolve.

after talking last night and this morning, this new team, instead of doing what they want and expecting TM to put up with it, they have been making a noise to get things sorted out, not only for info from the people they have inherited the code from, but also from NXP themselfs, and have made quite a bit of progress over the last 2 weeks

ive a feeling things will start off slow, as theres a LOT of mess in the code to work through, and as more stuff gets 'cleaned' it should hopefully be like a snowball effect

so is this new team and the final image in July have a connection ??

Should be interesting....that was a UR TEAM statement/deadline...maybe now it's a new team the July completion date no longer applies...

Anyway, if it's true it's long overdue and a positive step...UR TEAM are incompetent and should have been dropped ages ago... However iQ are also some unknown team that have suddenly appeared...will be interesting to see if theyre any better than UR..

It seems rather funny that if there was another team taking over that that the IQ that's just appeared on the downloads site was posted there i thought that download site was run by UR Team as its not UK based just a thought.

it sounds very fishy to me - UR/TM saying something big is on the horizon then the next thing UR are no more and a new unheard of team imerge from the shadows - i take it then the final image date has been disgared then ??????
