We will grill, shrimps, but before, 3 hours before the grill, we will marinate ina sauce, very Spanish Island Marbella style,
I remember, the quantity of red pepper is up to you, so chose the right one, this sauce also is great with grilled chicken..

Ingredients

500 g shrimp,( peeled and cleaned )
2 cloves garlic, minced
30 ml fresh lime juice
50 ml olive oil
10/15 ml tequila
9 g fresh chopped cilantro
ground red pepper
salt
4 bamboo skewers,( one each person ) soaked in warm water for 20 minutes

Method
Mix the shrimp,with garlic, lime juice, olive oil, tequila, cilantro, red pepper, and salt in a bowl; toss to combine; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill for high heat and lightly oil grate. Drain the marinade from the shrimp and discard; thread the shrimp on the skewers.
Cook on preheated grill until the shrimp turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
