Any recommended movie players ?

Looking for a player capable of handling the normal M$ formats plus others - .wmv, .mpg, .avi .flv, .mov, .mp4 in particular.

VLC for Android seems to be of been in development forever so just about given up waiting and am looking for an alternative (preferably free as i'm a stngy git).

not sure about all formats but I use Toshiba media player, played a few xvids and streamed over home network which worked a treat

I use rockplayer, plays anything I have thrown at it and comes in optimised versions fro different processors.
