Hi guys,

Cant go wrong with a Duolabs QBox HD Mini shop around you should find one less that £200 with 2 tuners
not the easiest Linux box to set up but once up and running a great little box for the money and support is growing slowly![]()
I am hearing reports that the VU+ clone will be available very soon for just over £200.

Why buy clone boxes when you can have original boxes for the same price![]()
Id like to know too glic83
£200 for original Duo![]()

The China market will soon be sending out clones of this box before long
Once the duo acheived the popularity and support that it currently enjoys it was enevitable that the clone wouldn't be far away. Dream multimedia spent a fortune on the security of their boxes and it didn't stop the chinese cloning them!
If there's a pound to be made they'll find it!
As to the original question the qbox mini HD is about the best bet at £199 delivered with twin tuners installed as stated above and if anyone is thinking of jumping on the duo clones as soon as they come out they may wish to think back to all previous dreambox clones and how many of them wore any good in the early models. It has taken them forever to get the DM800 sorted!

I know what you mean m8 i wouldnt be jumping staight in to get a 1 gen clone of the duo,how long has the dm800 clone been out and its only in the last 6 months that it seems hassle free since they started using the rev M tunner,i havent heard too much bout the dm 500hd clones but again would wait a while till i got 1,with the new offical vu+ range coming soon maybe we might see a price drop on existing prices for the duo and solo
