anyone know the correct mhz to run the card at in an internal DM500 card reader

I have noticed when I set mine in the oscam.server file mhz = 343 the card isnt detected but setting it to mhz = 700 seems to work, a bit concerned this settings may burn out the card

will set it as that and see how it goes

I did have mine set about 500 once but thought that was a bit high

I have set the frequency as yours (from oscam.server file)

mhz = 357
cardmhz = 357

but notice this in the log file

Maximum frequency for this card is formally 5 Mhz, clocking it to 5.00 Mhz

Is this correct

I would think thats the maximum you would want to go to mate. It may run hot at that which is why i use 357. Try going up step by step untill it runs ok

The concern is in the config file I have said to run at 357 but the log file states it running at 5 - so not sure what the true frequency it is running at

i got pc server which is cccam 2.1.3 and i like to have oscam+cccam. what can i do to install just oscam in my existing cccam server?

mine in dm500 running cccam alone is set to 5250000 has been for over a year now.

Have you got oscam running and updating a $ly card successfully?

I can not for the life of me get it to run.

I put even loaded up a PLI image with Oscam setup in it, entered the bokxey and it runs on the local box, but not on my other one in the bedroom using a cline to connect to it. As soon as I make a change to it, it stops running on the local box?
