I am fuming at the moment.... just seen about t mobile cutting the data usage on their price plans from 3gb to 500mb... now this is a huge cut.. see news post >

Now, what can we as customers do about it.... I personally want to leave but am being told I can not as its not a change to the price... blaa..blaaaa...blaaaa .... and as expected they just blow hot air that its in their terms and conditions that they can change the contract at any time ... etc..etc...etc

Now, this change for many will have a detrimental effect on the usability of their phones.... as well as for many the unlimited internet with 3gb of usage is why they purchased the contract... myself included !

So, can we use this as a contract breaker ?

im not sure m8, however if u do get out of it got to THREE, they are unlimited.

surely you can get out of your contract free now if T-Mobile have changed there terms. I'd certainly be leaving one way or another.

However i didn't think any networks now provided unlimited data on new contracts. if they do then i may move when my current one runs out

Only one I know of is 3 apparently.

which? are apparently going to make a statement tomorrow with regards tot eh legal standing on if T-mobile can follow this through without allowing any cancellations, just for those who cant be bothered reading the 10+ pages

im with THREE m8, its true, unlimited data! it was a gig when i signed up at first.

can they do this, surely this must apply to new contracts and not existing ones,
