We are declining as a league and apart from arsenal and the yids (fook how hard is that to say lol), teams are boring an average.

And if a team that has spent 300 million last july comes against Arsenal who at most have 50 million on the pitch and plays like that its a testament to wenger, and I would take 200 years of not winning anything to watch the game we play at times.

I'd have to disagree Mick, I dont think our league is in decline far from it. This season is proving to be one of the best seasons in a very very long time. How many leagues in the world can boast having four or even five genuine title contenders. It just goes to show how much better teams are getting in our league.

You go across the waters over to countries like Spain, yes you have two dominant teams and the best team in the world but the rest of the teams in there cant even come close to the top two no more. Every week same story, Barca Real win, Ronaldo, Messi score and it keeps going.

As for for my dislike of Liverpool, thats something I cant change and I cant see past the better good when it comes to them. Chelsea and even Man City dont bother me. Maybe its the fact I grew up in an era when Liverpool won everything and all bar none of my mates are Liverpool fans and I take comfort in their misery even when we are winning trophies regularly.

Therefore, I still hope Hodgson keeps doing the great job at Liverpool.

Ive highlighed whats basically amounts to a glorified SPL obviosly a higher skill level but similarly drab.

The league is declining. take the utd team of old. you would of run away with the league had you had your players like keane, becks, neveill brothers (when they was good), cantona, etc.

your team and ours is a shabby version of our old and on that note alone it proves we are in decline.

If you had to pick your best ever starting line up (at one time) you would not pick the team you have now lol.
