depending on what firmware is o the box now, you can do an internet update (if there is one)

menu
installation
password 0000
s/w update
ok

There is an update on the net use your remote instructions below.

Menu>>installation>>0000>>>S/W update, wait for the update to download to the box, then just leave it as it has to unzip it, after it has done this, the box will reboot, factory default your box, and do a new scan.

I think the september update was the newest one.

maybe wording needs to be in flashing lights

As with all updates make sure you factory default the box, and do a new scan on your box.

how to factory default your box pls?
