  |  can anyone help pls? i bought magicalbeefs 16G ipod touch, i also have an 8G one here as well that cant be jailbroken the plan was to reset the 16G and put the backup of my 8G onto it, so going through the 16G menu, i selected all the reset options, it gave the warning that it would be about 2 hours, cl;icked ok and left it do its thing now i either have a battery with a tiny red line telling me to charge it (if it comes on at all that is) or just an apple in the middle of the screen plugging it into the computer gives the 'usb device malfunctioned' error have i fooked it?

| Re: can anyone help pls? DFU?? WTF??? lol only thing ive found it press and hold both buttons till apple vanishes, and comes back, connect to pc, and wait 5-15 mins that was half hour ago

| Re: can anyone help pls? its done my head in all day now, ill just let it do its thing to 3.1.3 and never fook with it again if the iPhone is as tempremental as these things, itll be about a month before it goes out of the van vindow and im back to my N95 lol
