ok im stuck using a bloody mobile dongle for a few week,after a total ballache to actually get online,im now stuck with speed slower than dial up

does anyone know any tips or tricks to improve my signal,make it a bit more tolerable

oh its an o2 huwei 160 if that helps

A USB extention to get the dongle away from pc may help.

With O2 you get free access to certain wireless hotspots if you have one near and can pick it up you should get a decent connection,

The mobile network coverage will be key can you use another provider PAG sim that is a better reception where you are if all else fails.

im using the little extender that came with it,but it is still relativley close to the pc,ill try a longer one

and i chose o2 as i was under the impression o2 had the best coverage of my area-which was sorta backed up by there network checker which claimed id have good speeds

the irony is 3 who have piss poor coverage round here,have a much faster dongle connection-my mum has a 3 dongle at the mo-she lives say 200 yards away from me
