disappointed

im rather disappointed that nobody can attempt to help me with the posting prob re trouble viewing youtube with my browser HELP!!!!!!!

you had the most likely answer it is your download speed you need a faster broadband connection the circle is the video buffering filling the memory before it plays the next bit

This is not tech guys, you dont pay for support mate so sometimes it may take a little time for a reply especially if you post on say a friday evening.

Do some basic checks, run ccleaner to get rid of all temp files and clean up registry... Youtube should work perfectly fine with IE8 check ur flash is up2date, check your internet connection, also check if some videos load faster as I have noticed on youtube that one video will load really fast but another with the same title takes ages...

Also check othersites with flash video players. Make sure your not trying to play HD video if you got low spec machine.

Once you have tried this post back and im sure someone will be able to offer more advise... If not you can always try googling for a solution

by a quirk of fate AOL phoned me yesterday and told me they had upgraded my speed on broadband.perhaps this will sort things out for me. Baly12345 remark about free advice uncalled for. ive often asked for and obtained very good advice in the past the which i appreciate very much

If you want to bump your own thread then fine, its bad etiquette to start another thread complaining that nobody has responded to your thread on a free support forum.

Read the other thread that you, there have now been a couple of responses asking you for more information which you have not bothered replying to.

You started a thread which you got a reply within 24hours and instead of continuing with that thread within 48hours you opened another stating how disappointed you are with the lack of help given the short space of time I dont think my comments are uncalled for at all.

We are all here to help but quite frankly you opening this thread despites two responses in your original thread is like spitting in the faces of those who tried to help.

Anyway swfitly moving on, now that aol have upgraded your speed has the problem been resolved? If not then definitely try CCleaner - Home

Also might be handy to state what sort of spec your pc is.

sorry m8 he did actually start this thread before anyone posted in the other one also closer to 48 hours not 24.

but anyhows, to op dnt feel upset if ppl dont instantly reply to you, it is the weekend ppl do have livesm etc m8 but you will find ppl will generally help when they have time and see your post.

I noticed the time thing which is why I mentioned bump the original thread if he is that desperate but don't start a second one.

Personally I think its bad etiquette to bump the thread either TBH.

aol has been unable to recognise my modem(it says)since the upgrade i am now on my laptop which is slow anyway.Although i have had my pc several years im not very conversant with tech terms and or etiquette so sorry i didnt know it was bad form with my posting in fact i was weeks before i knew not to type in block capitals.(im a silver surfer)sorry again.will let u know how i get on when im back on line with my pc
