Whats your thoughts on "Imesh"

MY daughters lappy went a bit loopy a few weeks back so got it sorted by a friend of mine but he said for god sake stop using limewire as my daughter likes to download songs onto her mobile and listen to them on her laptop,ive took limewire off but just been upstairs and shes downloaded imesh,she showed me that u dont have too download the songs u can just play them on the imesh player..... is this safer than limewire
