hi folks can anyone tell me how to get my hard drive to work when I SWITCH ON HARD DRIVE IT COMES UP USB NOT CONNECTED CAN ANYONE HELP THANK YOU

you need to formatt the drive to fat32

Connect the hdd then reboot the box...

Obvious I know but have you tried your HDD on your PC and checked it can be read ?
