Hi - I have just got a new eurovox HD box but i cannot get any channels apart from BBC1, ITV etc. I can see the names of the other channels but when i try and access them it says that the channel is scambled? Any ideas what i need to do to get it working?

Is the emu on? Have you loaded the correct firmware?

Some of our have gone down saying "SCRAMBLED"
