Anyone noticed a slight increase in speed on vermin services?

I'm on a 20mb connection at at full speed I'd peak at about 19.8 mb. However I've noticed today I'm getting 21mb???

Also when traffic shaping kicks in I usually get 4.6mb, but I'm now getting 5.2mb on average???

Mine has'nt changed, I get a constant 18.5mb and traffic shaping kicks in I get 4.8mb after downloading around 7.6gb.
