Re: wireless laptop

some routers have 'logs' to see who's been connected and where they've been or 'devices connected' to show what machines currently connected to the router - all within the status pages.

Re: wireless laptop

if you go into your router settings and look for some thing like "show active clients" it'll show you the mac address of everything connected to your wireless network

but if you have the security set up on your router it's unlikely your neighbour will be connecting unless he's a clever cnut.

Re: wireless laptop

make sure you put a decent password on it, wireless mac filter then change SSID name and disable broadcast for added protection or go to his door knock fck out him and say dont do it again.

My mates neighbour whom he never spoke to chapped his door and asked him if he could turn his net on again as he was downloading a film !!!!!

lets just say they never asked again

There is that many key gen's around its not hard to connect to any wireless network that has not had its SSID name changed.

MAC Filtering is always a good idea.

but tell me more about wep or wpa keygens..

aren't they only for generating new keys?
