Help needed scanning channels MMDS N*L Dublin

I need help scanning in channels on a 500T. I have scanned frequency 250.000 and went up in increments of 8.000. No channels found. The antennae is working fine with a N*L pacer STB. Can anyone help with the manual scan settings?

I think you need a 500c not 500t for ntl mmds maybe someone can confirm this.

btw if you do need a 500c on ntl mmds I have a 500c that I can swap

Yep you do need a dvb-c tuner for n*l mmds.

I'm a little confused, but I have a spare 500c, I will give it a go and let you know how I get on.

I thought I needed a terrestial tuner to communicate with an mmds aerial. But this is the second place that stated I don't.

Up and running now with 500c digitial kaos 1.1. This image had the n*l mmds dublin scan built in to the list of automatic scans - excellent work!!

Thanks lads, got the black box 500t with triple tuner. Was trying to get it working with chor*s mmds image. Now going to load an n*l mmds image onto it.
