win98se was ok, very stable OS much better than the first offering of xp

i went to a customer about 6 months ago to replace a psu in an ageing Compaq desktop, i was a bit surprised when i saw the machine, i replaced supply and re-booted and it came up with windows 3.11 for workgroups !!!!

hi hatab i have an old ibm notebook with 3.11 would i be able 2 upgrade this?

proc type and speed
