anybody tried w/vista eternity 2009 if so what did you think off it

No such thing as vista "eternity" mate. vista is either, home, home premium, ultimate, business. think you might be referring to a custom windows vista disc that someone has taken away a lot of features that they dont use and added a whole load of software that they think is the best of the best...usually also some kind of spyware. i would stay away from vista. i would also stay away from any custom modified operatingsystem. its not very difficult to customise an operating system. if you need help let me know. however in saying that, there are a number of people who are happily using away thse cutom OS without any problems.

I second that. Use it at your peril. Use a proper version and customise it yourself. At least you know what's gone into it.

Just to let u no mate ive been using Vista Eternity 2009 SP1 for a long time now with no problems. 2 disc Black Edition.
It has a few extras that i like especially the Rocket Dock.

Vista eternity, like so many other unofficial versions of Vista, is just a messed about with Vista.

I dont trust them because you never know whats installed along with all the nice fancy crap that you can download and install yourself.

I know that some virus killers cant detect viruses that were already installed with Vista, also they dont detect malware or spy ware if it's already installed.

I would stick to a fully legit Vista and tweek it yourself.

yeah i agree and disagree with ur answers the rocket dock is nice but its working fine at present but as you mention spyware could be an issue thanks for all ur views on it.
