Well, Last night I was watchin telly fine, I go into the kitchen to get a beer and the lights go bright like a power surge and my first thought was my PC's, I walk back in the front room and then live TV just stops!! tried everything I can think of, new cable, straight feed, removed (physically and uninstalled) my tuner, different software but they all report zero on signal strength and quality so it looks like my tuner on the card has gone kaput, it is a DVB-C twinhan 2031, I know it's a long shot but anyone know of a fuse on this cards tuner that may blow to save the circuitry??

I have had to install a DVB-T card to get by because for some reason I couldn't get my DVB-S card to install in this system (Think it may be a conflict),
any help/ideas appreciated,
