Hope they don't mind me repeating it, well tough really, they posted it on the world wide web, i stole it.

Received this today:

Dear customer,

I am writing to you today in regards to the LOVEFiLM DVD Rental account registered using this email address at the postcode XXX XXX, which was set up by you on 09/04/2009.

It has come to our attention that there are a number of similar accounts registered on file with LOVEFiLM DVD rentals using the same details, and that on all those accounts, including this one, a large number of free promotional periods have been redeemed. In fact so far to date across the various rental accounts, there has been a total of 31 free months worth of service used. Whilst we have permitted this to be the case so far, Im afraid it is entirely impossible for us to continue to allow this situation to continue; these promotions were never intended to be used in this fashion.

As we have allowed the free time to be redeemed on this account to date we are not proposing to make any charges for services used so far. However Im afraid it is now necessary to ask you to start paying for the service if you wish to continue to use it. As such, this account has been placed on hold whilst we resolve this situation and no further rentals will be dispatched until that can happen.

May I please ask you to reply to this email to confirm if you wish to continue using the service on a monthly paid subscription basis on this account, or if you instead wish to cancel the account? If you wish to cancel the account, please let us know so that we can take the necessary action. Please note that all discs must arrive back with us for any account to be cancelled. You can check which discs are outstanding in your account online at any time.

If we do not hear back from you within the next 7 days, we will assume that you wish to use the service and we will process a charge for the first months subscription. If you wish to cancel the account, you will be permitted 14 days from todays date to return the discs. If you fail to return the discs in this time we will process a charge for the first months subscription.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this matter may cause. We look forward to hearing from you very soon.
