flash problems

hi, everytime i try to download the flash player from adobe it says "cannot create temporary folder is your hard disk full" but my hard disk has 33 gb of space and whenever i launch my broweser it says java is disabled how do i enable it

Hi, I have lifted this straight from google so dont know if it will work, sorry......

1. Download flash uninstaller from here:
Howto: Uninstall Adobe Flash Player from the command line the back room tech
(read instructions)

2. Close all browsers and applications that may use Flash Player.

3. Run the uninstaller.

4. Use "Complete Standalone Installer"
