  | Eurovox flashed - remote now don't work chaps, Me mate flashed his eurovox and the remote stopped working, I've checked the remote and it's working (looked at it through my Video camera and also checked it works on another box) any reason why a flash could stop the remote working and any ideas on fixing it? Thanks

| Re: Eurovox flashed - remote now don't work dibbers that sounds like he has flashed the wrong firmware to the box, or alternatively its been a bad flash. try a reflash but make sure its defo the correct software. |

| Re: Eurovox flashed - remote now don't work that looks like a eurovox 2 i had te same problem when i flashed one with the wrong firmware reflash with the correct firmware and you should be ok |

| Re: Eurovox flashed - remote now don't work chaps, put a brand new eurovox fron panel on it and it works, buit the thing keeps hanging/crashing/turning pink etc etc.. can any one point me in the right direction for some new firmware. Is it the eurovox 2 stuff that i need. ok i updated it i think using EuromaxLoader.exe/ EV2_FIX_291108_CORE_070506.BIN and it flashed and downloaded succsesfully. i didn't take the readings from the machine before i flashed but the firmware just seems a little old. # MODEL - DVB-XC BOX S/W VER - 1.0 SSN4 JUL 05 2006 H/W VER - 2.0 JUL 05 2006 BOOTSTRAP - V002 WEB SITE ----- i was expecting it to say something like the firmware does FIX_291108 Last edited by Dibbers; 3rd June 2009 at 11:02. |
