My son has a new samsung NP-NC10 small lappy thing thing you get with a contract phone thing is it wont let me connect to my home network it doesnt even see my wireless network ( are doesnt want to ) all I get is a error messege why i try and view wireless connections ?


windows cannot configure this wireless connection If you have enabled another program to use this connection

please use the WZC service article 871122 in the microsoft knowledge base

any ideas chaps what to do with this anyone had a simular prob I know the lappy comes with a expensive dongle id rather him not use it.

It has its own onboard software to do it, have a look along the taskbar for an unusual icon

yeh it has the 02 icon in the taskbar this lappy is on mobile contract but I dont want to use that I dont trust my son either cant I use it as a home pc


thanks for the info though cant I uninstall this O2 software and use windows set up

Its ok it was sitting right there right in add remove programms
