Fake R4 DS boxes usually look very similar to the genuine box, but if you look closely, you may notice the box including one of the following giveaways (if your box has any of these, it is a fake and may damage your Nintendo DS): * Version 2 (there is a second version but it is only a small change which is not promoted on the box) * Version 3 * V3 * Advance * Upgrade * III * N5 * R6 * E7 * SDHC support (usually appears in very small text) |

Feedback Score: 0 reviews | Re: Avoid Fake R4DS carts well i used to get the fakes when they where first in production, they worked as good as the real ones, but now they have multiple factories with very low QC and i started getting alot back people complaining they arnt working correctly, freezing up, or working for a few weeks then just dieing, you take the risk if you like, im only advising you, they arnt ok, there is multiple threads on this forum as proof... also no R4DS firmware updates will be coming out so you will start to get more and more incompatible games ... also this website there is a link to on this thread: http://www.r4revolutionds.co.uk/index.php that is a scam to try and sell more cartridges, all the R4DS cartridges on amazon, etc, where ever you go will be fakes  |
