I found a text file in my Application Data folder (hidden) called Scan-Report.txt. It contained my usernames and passes for firefox sites! What caused it?

In plain text? Sounds like there is something iffy going on there...

Any old peice of spyware or a keylogger I suppose - had that happen to me recently and it was a complete pain in my arse.
