Doing Twilight hack with chipped console
Hi Guys,

I bought another wii for an xmas gift and I want to do the twilight hack on it. Problem is, I dont have an original copy of Legend of Zelda. Is there any way I can prepare the required files on my chipped console and then use them on my new wii or will I just have to buy the game? If so, whats the cheapest its going for at the mo?

can u not use a backup of Zelda to install twilight?

i did it the other day! worked fine for me i think! (i can run backup launcher)

wiikey 2 installed in a PAL Wii

is this a permanent wii hack? my girlfriend has one which she never uses i could try on that

my sisters got copy of that game already and ive got a SD memory card

so my few questions

1. Is this hack permanent as long as your firmware 3.3 and below (hasnt updated in least a year i think
2. what happens if you put in a game with an update on it does it brick the wii
3. will this allow you to play homebrew and backup games

thats it for now but if anyone would like to give bit more info thats spot on! read all the stickies but its still a bit unclear

yes is it permanent unless it is updated
it can block updates
and yes it will
