Why are you scanning for channels when you already have them backed up mate ??

FTP services and bouquets to var/tuxbox/config/zapit then use remote and press dbox>service>reload channel list.

Best advice i've found on here so far came at the end of the release notes on this image,\/irgin+ v2.1 Lite (fta) Image!!
this will point you in the right way, also if you still have ur old image on PC u could use NewtuxFlash application to rip the files the help file mentions if not google search or have a look at feedback posts from the above image n u should be able to get them.

at little patience seems to help on here as there are loads of helpfull people. as for me I haven't got a clue if it wasn't for those helpfull people, good luck
