  | Amusing True Story A bloke up the road from me was in a car park with his mate, by the time he got to the barrier the nerd in the box said he was 5 minutes over time and said he had to pay more money. He refused to pay more and the nerd said ' I'm not letting you out then' 'OK' he said 'I'll leave it here' (right by the barrier) he locked it and went to the pub for a while. When he returned the police were there and they said he had to move it. His response was ' I can't, I've been drinking' So the police had to move it. He picked the van up the next morning with no repercussions.
