Yes it can be unlocked for about £10 - £15 at your local market or mobile fone unlocking place. If your going to be spending £100+ on the n95 you might consider going for a 8GB Nokia 5800, Play.com had them for about £160, locked to voda but easy enough to get it unlocked.
