id try install it over the other one mate. but im game and have bootmii as boot2 and nand backup.
heck, if you installed this on ur 3.2e ive a feeling you could system menu upgrade to 4.2e with no bad side effects?? because the ios versions are maxed out they shouldnt be touched. fook knows i havent had a chance to try it yet. i have one to do later this week a nice virgin lol. i wouldnt advise that its just something id have a go at.
and game disc is not region free by default you have to sort that with preloader hence upping to 4.2e isnt a good idea atm (no preloader region free hack yet for 4.2e unless someone knows better) sorry for rambling im just typing what i think. if you must upgrade 4.1e is a good one (block online updates, crash wifi connection test, region free wii and gamecube discs). if you arent bothered about region free disc channel (pretty much the whole point of cioscorp, for me anyway) then do it how scrapyard says below.
