UKTV Food Channels - Digital World Cable Satellite Console Forum

On Astra 28.2E I can see an EPG for all the UKTV Food and Style channels but the picture remains blank. Should I be able to see these channels ?

Also there are loads of movie channels on the satellites but how do I find the ones in english or is there something i can do on my Dm500 to load the english audio track?

These channels are in the sky package so are unavailable, if you use you audio button on the remote (for films) it will bring up the option to listen to it in english if it's listed..

I am assuming that these channels are FTA on S*y and if so could I purchase a FTA card and insert it into my DM500?

FTA means free-to-air which obviously means free and will clear without a card. These channels you mention are sky subscription channels so you need a valid sky subscription to view them.
